How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Send an email to eryhtgv@labcollege.baby with your order number and a brief description of why you’d like to return the item. Our team responds within 24 hours.
- Pack It Up: Ensure the item is in its original condition—unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Ship It Back: Once we approve your request, we’ll provide you with return instructions. Please note that unless the item is defective or we made an error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
